13-Inch Blue / Beige PS Reel — The Winding Carrier for Carrier Tape, Color-Coded, Ready to Use

Its Role on the Line: This product is the winding carrier (reel) of the carrier tape system. After the PS carrier tape is sealed with cover tape, it is wound onto this reel before entering taping machines, placement machines and warehouse turnover. Reel diameter, core diameter and flange structure directly determine whether the tape unwinds smoothly or jams.

Color Coding: Blue and beige allow color-based management by part number, component type or anti-static/standard grade, reducing mixed and wrong materials; both colors share the same spec and structure and are interchangeable.

Matching with Carrier Tape:

• 13-inch diameter matches common carrier tape lengths for stable unwinding tension and no loosening;

• Core diameter and flange spacing are designed to tape width, preventing edge wear and lateral drift;

• Flange walls constrain lateral movement, keeping the tape on track during high-speed unwinding;
