Positioning: 44mm is a fixed-width specification designed for corresponding component sizes and feeder tracks — no width selection needed; purchase and use directly as a "carrier tape + cover tape" set.

Tape Body: Transparent anti-static PS (polystyrene) material with surface resistance within the anti-static range; regular pocket forming and accurate hole pitch ensure smooth, jam-free feeding.

Cover Tape Matching (Key):

Cover tape is matched to the same 44mm width, aligning flush at edges without pressing the pockets;
Supports both heat-seal and self-adhesive sealing with stable peel force — components stay in place without flying off;
Cover tape is also transparent anti-static grade, keeping the whole strip visible for incoming and pre-line inspection;
Tape and cover tape supplied as a set, eliminating mismatch in width or peel force from self-sourcing.

Reel Matching: Wound on standard reels with diameter and length matched to line requirements, ready to use on machine.
