Our SMD carrier tape is designed for the organized packaging, protection, transportation and automated feeding of electronic components in SMT production lines. The embossed pocket structure holds individual components in a defined position, helping maintain consistent component orientation during storage, transportation and pick-and-place operations.

Available in PS, PC and PET materials, the carrier tape can be developed in different widths, thicknesses, pocket dimensions and pitches according to component size and packaging requirements. Standard and customized solutions are available for resistors, capacitors, LEDs, ICs, connectors, sensors, semiconductor devices and other SMD components.

For ESD-sensitive electronics, anti-static and conductive material options can be selected according to the required protection level. The tape can also be matched with compatible cover tape and plastic reels to form a complete tape-and-reel packaging solution for automated SMT assembly.
